We at Digital Melody are parents ourselves and we take your privacy and the privacy of your children very seriously. Our apps comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Our apps don’t contain social integration or other social features in the main kids' gameplay screens. Some of our apps contain a link to our FB fanpage inside the Parent Zone - separated from kids' game play screens. Kids’ gameplay screens also don’t contain any links to external WEB resources.

We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly obtain parental consent or remove the information
